In accordance with our corporate philosophy, quality, safety at work and environmental protection are integral parts of IVT Weiner + Reimann GmbH. In this respect, we do not accept compromise because the focus of our activities is always directed at customer satisfaction.

In the field of health and safety at work we meet all legal requirements. The safety-conscious behaviour of our staff enabled us to considerably reduce the number of accidents in recent years. The management provides all resources necessary to this end to a sufficient scale. All employees actively participate in continuous improvements of occupational health and safety.

The protection of the environment also plays a significant role at IVT Weiner + Reimann GmbH. It is an objective equally important as the high quality of our products and safety at work. Of course, we apply all national and international environmental laws and provisions when performing our services.

Our management systems certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001 and SCC regulations give proof of our performance capability. The management attaches primary importance to the consistent further development of management systems.

WELDING TECHNOLOGY

Of course, we are also a certified specialist company in welding technology. This is proven by our certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3834-2 as a welding company in the product area for tanks, pipelines and steel structures, as well as a manufacturer according to the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68 / EU) in the Scope of AD 2000, HP0, DIN EN 13445 and HP 100R, DIN EN 13480.

We have extensive process tests for all important areas of application and materials. Our welders are tested and trained in-house by our welding supervisors. Continuous welding monitoring of our welders and welding processes before, during and after welding ensures that we meet customer requirements.

In addition, we are thus certified in accordance with DIN EN 1090-2 to EXC 2 and manufacture load-bearing components and kits for steel structures of all types.
